I have single column with product names, and I would like to remove the duplicate records. Ex: Panasonic xl10. There are two SIXA, so we remove one (note: we only look for exact match, so Panasonic vs Panasonic xl10, they both stay) I already tried filter function, but could not figure out how I could remove. Excel will only remove exact duplicates. In this example, the second Square is misspelled as Squarre, so after duplicates are removed, both spellings of Square remain.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do the reverse of the Delete Duplicate Function in Excel on the Data Tab.
Where the function allows you to select column headers to check for, then finds the records that are duplicates and deletes only the duplicate.
I would like a macro that does the opposite, allows me to keep all of the duplicates and delete the unique records only. Leaving me with both of the records that contained the specified column info ('=RC2&'-'&RC3&'-'&RC6').

1. Click Data > Data Validation. See screenshot:
2. In the popping dialog, under Settings tab, select Custom form Allow list, and type this formula =COUNTIF($A$1:$A$20,A1)=1 into the Formula text box. See screenshot:
In the formula, A1:A20 is the range you want to auto remove duplicate from.
3. Click OK. And now if you type a duplicate value, a warning dialog will pop out.

Select the range or a column you want to auto remove duplicates, and then click Kutools > Prevent Typing > Prevent Duplicate. See screenshot:
Some dialogs pop out for reminding you some notices, click Yes > OK to close the dialogs.
Now a warning dialog pops out to remind you while you try to enter duplicate values.
